The project area is located in multiple residential areas of New Auberry, CA, and includes work within Powerhouse Road. The work to be performed under this Contract includes the installation of 1950 L.F. 3-inch diameter HDPE pipe between Well No.3 and Edison Property, valves and fittings, easements grading and surfacing, barbed wire fence, driveway gate and Well improvements in existing Well No.3, including the replacement of the existing pump, column pipe, electrical equipment, pressure gage, water sampling port, filter, building roof, chain link fence, gate, installation of nee control system. The Water Association will obtain right of entry agreements, as needed, for work completed on private property. Bids must be submitted on the Association’s Bid Forms.
