The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities (DOU) is requesting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide specialized industrial protective coating services for concrete, steel, and non-metallic surfaces of water infrastructure owned and maintained by DOU. Interested firms or individuals are invited to submit their SOQ in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ. This RFQ provides information about the project tasks, qualification statement preparation, and the selection process. DOU will be using the submittals to establish a pre-qualified list of qualified firms for upcoming projects. In addition, the top two qualified firms will also be awarded contracts for on-call coating services for smaller coating applications and repairs on DOU infrastructure. LBE preference Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
