This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for engineering consulting services associated with environmental clearance, design engineering and landscape architecture services. The selected consultant will coordinate with the Office of Grants and Local Services (OGLAS) to comply with Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 106. The design engineering and landscape architecture services will include design (see Attachment A: Scope of Work), bid assistance, construction engineering, and construction management.
