The intent of this request is to solicit and review proposals from interested professional planning firms to prepare and process an amendment to the Colton Hub City Centre Specific Plan (CHCCSP) for the sixth (6th) planning cycle Housing Element Update (2021-2029) and related zone changes for previously identified sites to increase housing opportunities. In addition, consultant team will be requested to prepare related CEQA environmental documentation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
