This project includes the construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant concrete sidewalks and driveways on Powers Road, between Vaughan Road and Tassel Road. Concrete work will include approximately 2,800 square feet of sidewalk and 3,200 square feet of driveway. The work will include but is not limited to the following: clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, pedestrian access ramp, landscape and irrigation restoration, sign relocation, traffic control and all related and necessary work as defined in the contract documents.
