A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, systems, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of Pepper Park Phase 1 Improvements, National City, CA, as shown in Drawing No. NC-2023-01 and as described in this Specification No. 2023-07 of the San Diego Unified Port District. B. The Work shall include, but not limited to, the following. 1. Site improvements include grading and earthwork, drainage improvements, site water, sewer, electrical utilities and service connections to public utilities, pathway lighting, concrete walkways, and lawn areas. 2. Site amenities and furnishings improvements include playground equipment, spray ground, perched beach, overlook seating, shade shelter, picnic tables, cast-in-place concrete seatwalls, receptacles, bicycle racks, bollards, and drinking fountain. 3. Landscape improvements include groundcover, shrub, and tree plantings to re-vegetate the majority of the park site. 4. Contaminated Soil Handling, Transport, & Disposal 5. Plant Establishment and Landscape Maintenance 6. 60-days for existing turf areas identified on the drawings (For existing turf at Phase 1A Only) 7. 180-days for all remaining planting areas proposed on the drawings (For all remaining planting areas within Phase 1A and 1B). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
