This Contract includes all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and services required for the completion of the Julian Well Cleaning and Pump Replacement project. The Work shall include but is not limited to the following tasks: Contractor shall provide and replace pump and motor unit to include the following: A 25gpm, 5 HP motor unit. A 5hp – 4” sub motor unit. System shall provide 25gpm @ 60psi. Due to the unknown depth of the pump, pricing will vary dependent upon that depth for wire, PVC pipe, and the size pump motor. This will be reflected in the pricing sheet. 200-400 lf of #8/3 Flat Double jacket sub wire. 200-400 lf 1-1/4 Deep Set PVC Pipe (Schedule 120). 1 Splice Kit. Green Tape/10 Mil. 5hp deluxe control box. 1-1/4” Stainless steel check valve. 4” x 10’ Shroud. Pumpsaver 5hp to 15hp pump monitor or County approved equivalent. All necessary miscellaneous pipe fittings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
