Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, vehicles, travel, fees, taxes and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove, and legally dispose of two (2) existing HVAC units, outdoor condensers, and related equipment; and furnish, install, and commission two (2) new HVAC package units with new thermostats, automatic transfer switch, temperature monitoring and reporting, and related equipment. This Agreement will commence on November 1, 2023 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on October 31, 2024 (estimate). Questions due 8/28/23. Certified Small Business Enterprise Only! Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
