The Project scope includes: (1) Slip line approximately 260’ of existing 15” CMP storm drain line with 12” HDPE DR 17 at 1126 Millbrae Ave. and slip line approximately 220’ of existing 15” CMP storm drain line at 1186 Millbrae Ave. Work includes slip lining from drain inlets On Millbrae Ave. under the roadway and down hillside to the Millbrae Creek. (2) Remove and dispose of retaining wall located at 1126 Millbrae Ave. No replacing of illegal retaining wall. (3) Backfill and restore driveway at 1126 Millbrae. Ave. (4) Existing driveway at 1126 Millbrae Ave. is undermined and gas service line is floating. (5) Mandatory pre bid site walk is necessary to bid accordingly. Bonds required.
