The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 310,000 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 394,000 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Trade Package Scope Description: The SFO T3W Modernization project requires a full-time on-site Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The main responsibilities of the EMT include administering first aid, assessing injuries, providing medical treatment, and maintaining safety equipment such as the AED. Additionally, the EMT is responsible for maintaining medical supplies and collaborating with safety personnel to ensure a safe work environment. Turner is seeking RFQs for the following trade packages: Trade Package # Trade Package Name Estimate CMD LBE Participation Requirement 200 Emergency Medical Technician $800K 0% Only vendors who successfully meet the prequalification criteria and are deemed qualified to execute work in their respective scope will be invited to submit a proposal. Vendors who fail to submit the necessary prequalification information will not be considered prequalified and, consequently, will not be permitted to participate in the project. Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for the bid package will be available for bidding Q2 of 2024. Scope to start is expected to be Q2, 2024.
