This Request for Proposals (RFP), issued by the City of San Bruno’s Community Services Department, aims to identify a qualified janitorial service provider who can deliver high-quality janitorial services to the department’s Recreation and Aquatic Center. The City of San Bruno's Community Services Department (CITY) will accept proposals from all potential businesses. The Scope of Work provided in the RFP Appendix will define both the general and specialized service expectations for the RAC. Proposals should encompass a comprehensive range of tasks, including but not limited to: - Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas - Floor cleaning to include care of various floor types in the RAC - Dusting and wiping surfaces - Emptying trash and recycling bins - Maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning materials and supplies
