The project includes various repairs to the CCC structure; access and safety upgrades to the CCC; replacement of the influent, effluent, and bypass CCC gates; upgrades to chemical dosing and mixing at various locations; and a new yard piping disinfection mode with free chlorine, allowing for redundancy and bypass of the CCC during low flows and to perform maintenance.
