The City of Fairfield (“City”) is soliciting proposals from experienced, qualified Agenda Management System design and consulting firms (“Consultant”) who can provide a comprehensive solution to streamline agenda creation, management, distribution, and public access for council meetings. The software must assist users with electronically publishing and distributing agendas and meeting packets presented to the City Council. The system will also be used for the City’s advisory boards, committees, and commissions. The new system should allow for more internal efficiencies and effective resource management. There will not be a mandatory pre-submittal conference held for this solicitation.
