Description
The Contractor and his Subcontractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits and incidentals required to safely and legally perform the work for the Santa Rosa High School Repainting, but not limited to: Repair and replacement of failing cement stucco siding and denoted ceilings; these ceilings are those of exterior hallways between buildings D and G, as well as the exterior hallway ceiling between buildings F and G. Preparation and Re-painting of denoted buildings on campus; these are buildings A, B, D, E-Series, F, G, D, H, J-Series (excluding J13, J14, J15, J16), L, M-Series. Replacement of exterior handrails at front steps of buildings G and the southern steps leading to the exterior hallway between buildings G and D. Power-washing and/or cleaning of denoted buildings on site plan.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
