The City of Modesto requests the purchase and delivery of rock, sand and gravel for use Citywide and surrounding cities within Stanislaus County. Various departments throughout the City utilize aggregate base, cut back, fractured rock, hydro-patch, concrete mix, 3/4” crushed rock, 3/8” crushed rock, drain rock, concrete sand, cobblestone, pea gravel, and track-out rock for city-related construction projects and city road maintenance. The term of the contract shall be for a period of two (2) years with three (3) one-year extension options at the sole discretion of City, for a total of up to five (5) years. Bonds required.
