Owner will receive Bids for General Engineering Services. The County intends to award one or more Job Order Contracts for general engineering contractor services for repair, remodeling, or other repetitive work to be done according to unit prices. Each contract shall have a Maximum Contract Value of $3,000,000 with the option to increase to the state maximum allowable by California Public Contract Code (PCC) Section 20128.5. Each contract will have a Potential Minimum Contract Value that the Contractor has the opportunity to perform of $25,000. This section provides that counties may award annual contracts, none of which shall exceed $3 million (as adjusted annually per the CPI index which is currently $6,023,368.73). Prevailing wages.
