The City of Woodlake is seeking proposals from consultants to perform architectural, planning and design services for Downtown Design Standards and ADU Pre Approved Building Plans to follow and support the City’s Housing Element and Downtown District zoning regulations. These tasks will be performed in an effort to allow for the City to continue to implement process improvements that facilitate the acceleration of housing production and improve local planning documents. Consultant shall provide the following services: Downtown Design Standards Building Design Standards (architectural, canopies, awnings, visibility, windows, materials, color palette, etc.) Site Design Standards (parking and pedestrian circulation, hardscape, landscaping, irrigation, fences, walls, furnishing, lighting, energy efficiency, etc.) Signs (design, size, color, font, materials, location, etc.) Streetscape (landscape, plant and tree palette) Design review process. ADU Pre Approved Building Plans Minimum of 2 pre-approved building plans that include the following: Solar Fire Elevations Floor Plan Building Plan Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
