The Tulare County Purchasing Agent invites bids to be submitted for the purchase of ⅜”-½” COLD MIX MATERIAL & ½” HOT MIX ASPHALT as required. Such contract will be for a one (1) year period effective beginning JULY 1, 2024, and ending JUNE 30, 2025. INTENT: The County is in need of Cold Mix and Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Material for its road projects. Due to increasing fuel costs, it is more economical for the County to award two (2) contracts. One for the South end and one for the North end of the County. For the purpose of this bid, Avenue 232 will be used as the dividing line. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
