The District is gearing up for another very busy 2024 bidding season, with bid dates potentially starting as early as January 1, 2024. **The District will establish an approved group of contractors through the annual prequalification process, covering their eligibility for the entire year. Prequalification is no longer available on a project by project basis, unless the district considers it necessary to initiate prequalification for a specific specialized trade or scope of work.** The eligibility of our prequalified contractors from 2023 will extend until the end of January 2024, with expiration set for January 31, 2024. Prequalification packets must be received by the district on or before January 19, 2024. An official list of approved contractors is anticipated to be finalized at the beginning of February 2024 and will remain valid until December 31, 2024.
