Trades: C20 - HVAC Contractor: Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning & Controls, Air Handler/Air Chillers. Includes RTU's, C39 - Roofing Contractor - General Building Contractor

A. The work includes the demolition of existing rooftop HVAC units and installation of new rooftop HVAC units. B. Installation shall include all required modification to the ductwork and duct transitions to make the connection to the air handling units. C. Contractor shall supply construction plans and specifications as a part of bid submission. D. System design will consider optimal use of existing infrastructure. E. Structural modifications shall be included in this work for roof mounted equipment as needed. F. The work shall also include modification of any necessary piping, valve packages and accessories. G. Work includes all electrical upgrades and modification of associated equipment. H. System controls shall be provided for all new equipment and should be WIFI compatible. I. Contractor must attend mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 8:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024. J. The Contractor shall be aware of potential damage to buildings, sidewalks, and roadways in determining method of removal and installation of equipment. K. Costs for any specialized equipment, such as a crane, shall be included in the bid. L. All work must be conducted in compliance with all relevant laws and industry bestpractices. 2.2. Information Technology Equipment Rooms Mini-Split Project Description A. Install mini-split style climate control systems in two (2) separate rooms/buildings. B. Contractor shall supply construction plans and specifications as a part of bid submission. C. Work will include determining optimal location of interior and exterior equipment. D. System controls shall be provided for all new equipment and should be WIFI compatible. E. Structural modifications shall be included in this work for roof mounted equipment. F.
