The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services, and perform and complete all work required in connection with Pierpont Elementary School Field Renovation in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Scope of work includes the removal of existing lawn area, installation of new hydroseed turf and new irrigation equipment per plans and specifications provided by Jordan & Bain Landscape Architects. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide any additional required site clearing and cleaning efforts to complete the scope of work: including street sweeping, haul off, dewatering, and final clean when demobilized as applicable. Pre-qualification must be submitted by 12:00pm April 19th, 2024 through Quality Bidders. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
