The County of Yuba is accepting proposals for Engineering Design and Construction Support Services for the Linda Ave. and Dunning Ave. Safe Routes to School Project. The Linda Ave. and Dunning Ave. ATP Project in general consists of constructing curbs, gutters, sidewalk, ADA ramps, bike lanes, striping, traffic control devices, streetlights, traffic signals, drainage improvements, and roadway rehabilitation, along Linda Ave between Hammonton-Smartsville Rd and North Beale Rd, and along Dunning Ave between Hammonton-Smartsville Rd. and Linda Ave. in Linda, CA. The project is funded in part by the Regional Surface Transportation Program (Federal Funds), and various local sources. The project location is included in attachments. The anticipated schedule is as follows: Surveying and Base Mapping complete by September, 2024 Final plans and estimate complete by December 31st, 2025 Utility relocations Notice to Owner issued by December 31st, 2024 Bidding Assistance provided Summer 2026 Construction Support provided from Summer 2026 through expiration of the Contract 2.4.
