The City of West Haven (here after referred to as the City) is seeking proposals turn-key bids from qualified contractors for the construction of an approximately 18 9 by 19 5 addition to the existing animal shelter facility. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: The construction of a 3,844 sq. ft., Construction Type V-B addition to the existing West Haven Animal Shelter to provide a day room for the shelters feline population and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The addition is approximately the same size, and is rendered in the same materials as a prior addition to the structure in 2005 which provides a symmetrical balance to the facilitys existing main faade. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. ARPA funding.

The City of Simsbury, CT solicits proposals for trenchless culvert restoration services on fixed price basis for Luch Brook under East Weatogue Street and Munnisunk Brook under County Road. Trenchless culvert restoration methods, including cure in place pipe (CIPP), slip lining, epoxy coating, geopolymer, etc. will be considered for repairs to two culverts located in Simsbury, CT. The locations are 1) Lucy Brook Culvert is a 35-foot long, twin barrel, corrugated steel plate 7.5 x 4 pipe arch and 2) Munnisunk Brook Culvert is a 70- foot long, 30 diameter corrugated metal pipe.

The City of Bridgeport seeks Bids/Proposals for Newfield Boat Ramp Construction. The Newfield boat ramp, located at 421 Seaview Avenue, is currently in disrepair and will need to be reconstructed. The existing ramp and associated support structures will first need to be removed. This includes the removal of support floats and excavation to remove sediment, stone block wall, and pavement for upland disposal. Following demolition, a new 41' x 88' boat ramp will need to be constructed and installed to four feet below mean low water (-7.6' NAVD88). Reconstruction includes the following activities: A. grade to place geotextile fabric and crushed stone base; B. install a concrete headwall; C. drive a 64 linear foot sheet pile wall on the western edge of the ramp to replace the existing concrete block; D. install pre-cast concrete planks and curbing; a stone revetment at a slope of 3:1 along the western edge of the ramp; and, a 4' wide scour pad at the base of the ramp; and, E. place five 10'x20' floats supported by five 1' piles to be attached via a transition plate from an existing concrete landing.

The project includes the design, procurement, installation, configuration, and support of an enterprise-grade Fire Station Alerting System. The proposer shall provide clear, labeled diagrams illustrating the overall system architecture and integration of the proposed fire station alerting solution. At a minimum, diagrams must depict network connectivity between system components (including on-premises, station-based, and any cloud-hosted elements) and clearly show integration points with the Citys CAD system (PremierOne or equivalent) and relevant radio system components (e.g., dispatch consoles, logging recorders, control stations, or gateways). Diagrams should identify major components, data flow, and communication methods (e.g., API, IP, audio paths), and must be sufficiently detailed to allow the City to understand how the system interfaces with existing infrastructure.
