The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bids to engage a highly qualified design-build contractor to develop any and all necessary Permit Drawings and Cost Estimates and to provide the Furnish & Installation of a Generator system and Automatic Transfer Switch (“ATS”) system in accordance with the IFB. The Contractor’s architect/engineer should be a firm licensed to perform work in the District. The Project is located at the various Engine Houses in Washington, DC. This solicitation is designated only for certified Small Business Enterprise (“SBE”) contractors. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
