The work (Project) includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Boca Raton Hidden Valley, Pump Station. The upgrades include modifications and enhancements to the buildings architecture, structural strengthening, modifications to the existing process mechanical system, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment inside the building. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work is located at the Hidden Valley Pump Station at 8000 North Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, Florida 33487.
