The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Construction services for the Forsyth County Kentmere Lift Station Modifications and Force Main Design including the following major components: 1. Modifications to the existing Kentmere Lift Station pump control logic and wetwell control elevations, including the installation of two wetwell float switches. 2. Installation of two (2) new flow meter vaults with associated two (2) new magnetic flow meters (6- inch and 8-inch), one 6-inch and one 8-inch actuated plug valves, new yard piping and valves, and associated controls. 3. The City of Johns Creek, Georgia (City) requests proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for On-Call Storm Pipe Lining Services. The City is seeking contractors with work experience in the following, but not limited to, lining storm pipes, inspection and cleaning of pipe, structure rehabilitation and/or reconstruction, rip-rap placement, erosion control measures, landscaping and permanent grassing, and traffic control. The work will be located in various areas throughout the City of Johns Creek, Georgia.

Removal, and replacement of designated sidewalks, sidewalk sections, curbing, and curb ramps associated within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area, as defined by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Contractor shall provide all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, materials, and labor specified in the Contract Documents, or by any other means necessary to complete the installation or repair of ADA compliant ramps and sidewalk sections identified in this Contract. Unless otherwise directed, all work performed shall be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportations (GDOT) Standard Road Specifications, Construction of Transportation Systems (Current edition) and Accessibility Standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Project-related materials used to complete this contract must be furnished by GDOT-certified suppliers.

The construction of the parking lot and sidewalks will add connectivity to the playground and walking trails at Mount Tabor Park. Construction activities will include; Clearing activities, demolition operations, grading operations, concrete and asphalt paving operations, and erosion measures.

The Contractor shall provide commercial lawn and grounds maintenance services for all grounds surrounding the Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant, located at 4830 Winters Chapel Road, Doraville, Georgia 30360, including the areas associated with the three (3) reservoirs, dikes, rip-rap embankments, toe drains, storm drains, runoff drainage systems, and frontage areas along the two (2) roads adjacent to Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant.

The Coweta County School System is requesting proposals from interested and qualified construction firms to completely reroof the kitchen area at Willis Road Elementary School, located at 430 Willis Road, Sharpsburg, GA

Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install the Foundry Sewer work, including approximately 2,500 LF of 18 PVC gravity sewer main and 275 LF of 16 steel casing. Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves, manholes, and other appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. The project scope includes the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of eight-foot fence along Chicago Ave including (2) twenty-foot motorized gate systems for the employee and truck entrance. DeKalb County School District (hereinafter referred to as "the District") is seeking responses from qualified, licensed, and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive electronic recycling and disposal services. The District estimates that approximately 60 pallets of electronic waste are accumulated each month across its facilities. This quantity may fluctuate due to seasonal or operational factors. The City of Douglasville (the City or Owner) is seeking to add improvements to the Rose Avenue at Roselake Circle / Fairways Drive intersection. This project will upgrade the traffic signal and upgrade the signing, striping and sidewalks at the Rose Avenue intersection. The traffic signal will include mast arms and video detection with underground connectivity.

The Dunwoody Gateway Signs project work consists of site preparation, monument sign installation, lighting and landscaping at 13 locations identified in the construction drawings.
