The scope of work consists of the bridge deck overlay and joint repair of the bridge structure SN 056-0052. The bridge deck and bridge approach slabs will be scarified, repaired and overlayed with 2.5 in latex overlay (after diamond grinding). The existing bridge joints will be replaced. The existing paved shoulders in the bridge approach slab vicinities will be overlayed/replaced as well. The project will also include all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. The project will be constructed under traffic staging. DBE goal 14%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
