University St. – north of Pioneer Parkway – Complete reconstruction for 50’ north of Pioneer Parkway. The proposed work includes removal of all existing items, aggregate subbase, curb and gutter, storm sewer, PCC Pavement, PCC sidewalk, sod, pavement markings, traffic signals, street lighting, and other collateral work. From 50’ north of Pioneer Parkway to Altorfer Drive the proposed work includes HMA shared use path, PCC driveway pavement, and other collateral work. DBE goal 4%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
