• Structural repairs to the I-80 bridges over the Des Plaines River & US Route 6 • Traffic will be maintained on I-80 using lane closures during the allowable off-peak hours • Reconstruction of the Richards Street pavement • Widening and superstructure replacement of the Richards Street bridge over Hickory Creek • Replacement and upgrading of the existing drainage system • Replacement and upgrading of the existing signing, roadway lighting, and traffic signals • Traffic will be maintained on Richards Street using staging. The Richards Street ramps will be closed, and the traffic detoured as shown in the plans and as described herein • The work shall include all incidental and ancillary work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and as described herein Project labor agreement. DBE goal 20%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
