Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the “County”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) for the provision of all engineering, labor, equipment and materials necessary to install (1) one 30,000- gallon underground water storage cistern (tank) for fire protection at the Wolfsville Ruritan Club located at 12708 Brandenburg Hollow Road, Myersville, Maryland 21773 complete with all design, hookups, pump, freight, crane service, electrical, explosion proof conduit, and any and all ancillary equipment using the most modern equipment and technologies in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation. Bonds required.
