The City of Taunton, MA solicits bids to establish a contract for tree removal services as more fully described in the attached. Include the following items in the bid: Number of bucket trucks available (age of equipment) with number of operators and additional workers. Minimum working height for bucket truck must be 60-65 feet. The Contractor shall possess a Massachusetts contractors license and/or license required for this type of work. Licensure from any other state will be subject to approval by the City.

The work under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 4,500 liner feet of combined sewers / sanitary sewers, installation of 8,605 linear feet of storm drains, 10,695 linear feet of water mains and the rehabilitation of approximately 4,070 linear feet of existing wastewater pipes. The work is located on various streets throughout South Boston.

The Town of Franklin intends to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 11,500 feet of roadway milling and paving along Pond Street (#38 to #398), Hilltop Road (Pond Street to past #8), Cottage Street, Peck Street, and Summer Street (King Street to Crocker Avenue) within the Town of Franklin. Addendum No 1 corrected the street limits to those listed here and moved the bid due date to June 3, 2026 at 9:00 am.

Successful bidder shall provide monthly examination and maintenance repairs of elevators in accordance with the specifications.

The City of Lowell is seeking bids for labor, material parts, components and equipment required for repair and maintenance service of elevators at Parking Facilities in the City of Lowell, in strict accordance to the specification.

The project is for the supply and installation of a small playground structure at the Braintree Integrated Preschool, 128 Town Street, Braintree, MA 02184.

The City of New Bedford (Owner) Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Public Infrastructure, is soliciting sealed bids for the Phase 1 Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation. The work within this project consists of the rehabilitation of 6- to 24-inch diameter gravity sewers including, but not limited to, installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners; joint testing and sealing of lateral sewer connections along CIPP-lined sewers; open-cut point repairs along 6- to 24-inch diameter gravity sewer mains; installation of new drain pipe; replacement of sewer service connections; installation of new access manholes; temporary and permanent paving; and maintenance of existing flows (bypass pumping). In addition, this project includes existing manhole rehabilitation, such as cleaning and monolithic lining; installation of flexible chimney seals; sealing active leaks; repairing or rebuilding existing brick corbel; raising existing manholes to grade; replacing manhole frames and covers; and all other related and incidental work required and as specified for successful completion of the project. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements.

The Town of Westborough solicits sealed bids for On-Call HVAC Maintenance and Repairs at various Town Buildings. Conduct yearly routine maintenance as well as any related service work. The service contract will cover routine maintenance and any incidental repairs that may be needed to the HVAC systems. The Contractor is required to have extensive experience in all phases of HVAC systems.

The City of Watertown solicits bids from qualified contractors to perform roadway improvements (Phase II). The work consists of pavement reconstruction and related work of specified sections of roadway within the City of Watertown, as directed by the DPW Director or City Engineer. Mass DOT Prequalification of contractors with the class of work Highway - Construction at the appropriate dollar threshold is required. There are no filed sub-bids

The scope of work includes the construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of new 8-inch and 10-inch ductile iron water main, transfer and installation of water services, installation of fire hydrants, abandonment of existing water main, and all other appurtenant work in Elm Street and Chandler Street. The scope also includes water main tie-in connections and water service transfers to accommodate the abandonment of the 6-inch cast iron water main in Lexington Street; the existing 10 water main will remain in service.

The work under this Contract consists of various bridge maintenance repairs to City owned bridges within the City of Lowell. The Contractor shall perform repairs at scheduled locations and on an as-needed emergency basis.

The general scope of work shall consist of the grinding of stumps measuring 12 in diameter below surface, the cleanup of debris/wood chips as a result of grinding, and the placement of soil to fill the hole and level to the existing grade of the grass border. The entire tree stump and all surface roots greater than two (2) inches in diameter shall be ground down to a minimum of 8 below grade.

The project consists of historic plaster repair specifically the preservation and reproduction of line-based plasters, including the stabilization of historic plaster with conservation adhesives and painting.

The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Facilities and Fleet Management, is soliciting sealed bids for the Cable Access RTU Replacement Project located at 918 So. Rodney French Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02744. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General certified in Electrical.

The Project includes but is not limited to: replacement of the roof, including metal work and replacement of wet and damaged roof insulation including an Alternate to repair the concrete and buttresses.

The City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, in conjunction with Environmental Stewardship, is soliciting proposals from qualified developers for the redevelopment of the Payne Cutlery Redevelopment Site located on the north side of Coffin Avenue between Church Street and Oneko Lane in New Bedford, MA 02746 (Map 98 Lot 3). The Citys goal in redeveloping the former Payne Cutlery Site is to solidify the tax base and create living wage employment opportunities for New Bedfords workforce through the sustainable adaptive reuse of this site. The City is looking to work with a developer whose proposed reuse benefits the surrounding community that has watched this location that was once an employment hub and economic asset lie vacant for over 20 years.

The City of New Bedford Police Department, is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide design-build services for the supply and installation of three (3) state-of-the-art Blue Light Emergency Towers, with pricing for two (2) additional alternate locations, throughout the City to enhance public safety, security, and emergency response capabilities.

The City of New Bedford ("City") seeks bids from qualified, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) certified laboratories to perform laboratory analysis of soil and water samples to be collected by the City and/or its contractors, to prepare reports of the analysis, and associated services. The contractor will supply and deliver all the necessary sample collection containers, preservatives, coolers, and forms to the City for the listed sampling events. Upon notification by the City and/or its subcontractors, the contractor will retrieve from a location in New Bedford, Massachusetts and Freetown, Massachusetts, the samples collected. The contractor will perform the analysis as indicated by the City and provide the City with final reports of the analysis no later than two weeks from the receipt of samples by the contractor.
