The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to relocate four existing modular classroom units from the Kittredge School to the Franklin School. The Project also involves the construction of a connector addition linking the existing Franklin School building to the relocated modular classrooms, as well as the installation of new foundations to support the units. This bid is for sidewalk improvements in various materials & locations throughout the City of Revere, MA. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway Sidewalk and Curbing, for the project with an estimated value of $14.525,550.00 will be required.

The City of Lowell is seeking bids to provide repairs to generators for 36 months, in strict accordance to the attached specification. The Project consists of: The City of Lynn Ames Playground located at 30 Strawberry Ave will include removal and demolition of existing play equipment, mulch safety surfacing, site furniture, and fencing. The sitework includes preparation for new accessible play equipment, poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing, paved walkway, and chain link fence upgrades.

Replacement of controls Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment for a complete replacement of the stage dimming and control infrastructure, including new dimming enclosures, a networked architectural control system with touchscreens and button stations, and a dedicated equipment rack. Will allow staff to operate stage lighting intuitively without a dedicated lighting operator for everyday use. Installation of LED lights and fixtures Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment for a full replacement of stage lighting fixtures across all positions front-of-house catwalks, side tormentors, and overhead electrics with modern LED luminaires. Includes design and all cabling, hardware, installation labor, and staff training.

Curley Community Center plumbing upgrades to include demolition of outdoor shower piping and the installation of new interceptors, backflow preventers and drainage systems, backwater valve and expansion joints. Replace epoxy flooring and upgrade mixing valves and floor drains as further outlined in the specifications.

The Work includes the installation of approximately 1,695 linear feet of 8 ductile iron water main, with approximately 100 linear feet of 6 ductile iron lateral mains, 400 linear feet of 1 copper service connections and installation of 4 fire hydrants on Monatiquot Avenue as indicated on the Contract Drawings. Temporary Bypass Systems will be required during construction.
