The addition will include a lobby space to support the existing lobby space with concession area and ticket booth, a large 3,800 SF Ballroom, a warming kitchen, conference room, storage area, and restrooms. Minor alterations will be made to the existing lobby, including demo connect to the addition, and new finishes.
