The project will consist of furnishing, erecting, painting, testing, and disinfection of one (1) 500,000 gallon multi-leg elevated storage tank including site work, grading, erosion control, altitude valve vault, outlet structure, and site piping as specified and shown on the drawings. The bid shall also include the design, furnishing, and construction of the tank foundation based on the provided subsurface investigation, specifications, and special provisions. Additionally, the project will include approximately 75 LF of 12" C900 PVC and 5 LF of 12" DIP PC350 off-site potable water main and all associated valves and appurtenances to connect the elevated storage tank to the existing water system.

The Sampson County Roseboro Emergency Services Building includes General, Site Civil, Structural, Plumbing Mechanical and Electrical improvements for a new premanufactured emergency services building. The proposed project will also include general site work, utility extensions, and landscaping as shown in the contract documents.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for lawn care services for the North Carolina National Guards Ft. Bragg Region (Several Ft. Bragg locations and Sanford). Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services shall include year-round mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, and related services for weed and grass control on the grounds and fences owned by the National Guard and the adjoining highway right of ways.

In accordance with GS 143-128.1A the TOWN OF WAYNESVILLE is soliciting proposals from a qualified solar photovoltaic (solar PV) firm/team to design AND construct a roof mount solar PV system the site address. The Firm/Team is responsible for all project permitting. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar, have relationships with/knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, provide system monitoring and maintenance, and have established onsite safety standards.

The Town of Waynesville is seeking a licensed North Carolina contractor to provide all labor, materials, and services required for the installation of a roofing system to be installed over an existing membrane roof at the Recreation Center, located at 550 Vance Street, Waynesville, NC 28786. The roof is approximately 46,000 square feet in size, 26 years old, and located approximately 40 feet above ground level.

The project generally includes clearing, the removal of approximately 290 feet of CMP culvert and installation of approximately 290 feet of CPE culvert with drop inlet structure, and other ancillary items.

The scope of this project is to evaluate the best solution and implement either replacement, restoration, and/or refurbishment of the existing modified bitumen roofing systems on the Cone, Grogan, and Reynolds Residence Halls. The scope shall address copings, flashings, and caulking issues around the roof perimeters that need to be repaired and/or replaced. Walkway pads will need to be added for safety and access to HVAC equipment that has been added over the years. Given the relatively small footprints of the three buildings, this work has been packaged under one project for efficiency and possible bid day savings. Designers will need to present experience dealing with restricted sites and high-rise roof replacements as all three buildings have very limited access.

Macon County is requesting bids for drainage improvements for the Parker Meadows location. Work sites consist of installing drainage near the swale near batting cages and storm drainage for field 1 and picnic shelter.

The City of Raleigh requests proposals for full maintenance/repair services to uninterruptible power supply systems at various locations.

This project consists of the construction of a new parking deck structure and surface lot refurbishments for approximately 500 spaces and includes related site improvements for traffic flow. The existing parking lot has approximately 159 spaces. It is anticipated that the new deck will be ground plus three levels and will leave space for surface parking and drive lanes. Consideration should be given to allow adequate space next to an existing non-sprinklered building to maintain code required building separation. The deck and sitework will be oriented to allow easy vehicular access to adjacent Randall Drive and Racine Drive. Exterior aesthetic is to match that of existing UNCW parking decks.

Replacement of Current P-Tac style HVAC units with units and materials per engineered drawings attached. o Existing HVAC equipment is to stay in service until the new units are fully functional. o New HVAC units to be installed in the corridor section per engineered drawings attached. o Factory commission and Start-up of the units is mandatory. o Factory inspection and Handover inspection with written documentation form the factory and all start up documentation is required for final payment on this project. o Upon completion of the new HVAC systems in each classroom, existing HVAC units must have hot water lines capped. The caps must be soldered or pro-pressed. Any other means of isolation will not be accepted. (Please see plans for alternate #1) o The wiring to each unit needs to be terminated in the nearest junction box and all existing conduit and wiring to be removed by the contractor. o The recovered units are to be removed and disposed of in a legal manner. o All recovered R-22 refrigerant will be returned to Henderson County Public Schools. HCPS Maintenance Department will provide the needed recovery tanks for the recovered refrigerant. o Upon removal of the existing HVAC units, wall openings must be secured immediately. Temporary covers must be watertight and rodent proof upon leaving the site. Temporary covers must be secured from inside the of the building. o The base bid for permanent wall enclosures will be: 8-inch block laid in the opening, waterproofed, finished and painted to match the existing finish as listed on the drawings. o Interior finish of block to be flush with existing wall and painted to match the existing.

The City of Winston-Salems Engineering Division is inviting proposals from qualified engineering firms interested in providing plans and specifications for competitive bidding to provide design services for the repair and stabilization of approximately 2,000 linear feet of stream bank and channeling along Bowen Branch between Bowen Boulevard and New Walkertown Road. This work includes design and permitting for grading severely eroded creek banks, installing erosion control measures, installing grade control (natural stone) structures, planting native plants (trees, shrubs, and plugs) removing trees as necessary and reseeding.

The work shall consist of the construction of an ADA Compliant Bathroom at The Omega Center, New Bern, NC.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238160 - Roofing Contractors. Provide the removal and replacement of roof and gutter systems for two houses, buildings B034 & B035 at Bluffs Housing: removal of approximately 36-Sq /3,600 -SF of asphalt shingles and replace with architectural 30 year shingles and #30 underlayment (note: underlayment can be replaced with synthetic underlayment), repair/replace damaged plywood sheeting/facia boards, replace drip edge, roof boots, install roof underlayment, installation of a ridge vent(s) along the length of the buildings, the removal and replacement of approximately 420-LF of gutter with downspouts and installation of approximately 270-LF of gutter guards on buildings. The buildings are a two-story residence with an asphalt shingle roof for Blue Ridge Parkway Laurel Springs, North Carolina.

Caldwell County is seeking a qualified engineering firm for the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), Design, and Construction Services for the Lower Cedar Valley Road Industrial Park Project. The project site is located on Lower Cedar Valley Road near US-321 in the Town of Sawmills, NC.

The City of Asheville is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive, ADA-compliant portable restroom services. The successful contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these services, including the provision, delivery, secure installation, routine cleaning and sanitization, restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, ongoing maintenance and repairs, and the relocation or removal of units as required at various locations throughout the City of Asheville. All operations must be conducted in full compliance with applicable health, safety, and professional standards.

The project generally consists of parking lot drainage and pavement repairs at the Hal Marshall Center.

The City of Raleighs parking division, Raleigh Parking, is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in power washing the interior areas of the following decks: Cabarrus Parking Deck, City Center/Red Hat Parking Decks, Moore Square Parking Deck, Performing Arts Parking Deck, Convention Center/Charter Square Underground Parking Garage, and the Wilmington Street Station Parking Deck. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean the interior of the two structures including but not limited to vehicle drive lanes, parking stalls/spaces, walls, walkways, stairwells and landings, columns, waste receptacles, and ceilings. This would be comprehensive cleaning and detailing of the interior portions.

The city is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive pollinator garden maintenance services for pollinator habitat areas located on city-owned properties, medians, and rights-of-way. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors who possess demonstrated expertise in native plant care, pollinator habitat management, and sustainable landscape maintenance practices. The selected contractors shall maintain the health, aesthetic quality, and ecological function of existing pollinator gardens to support native pollinators including bees, butterflies, moths, hummingbirds, and other beneficial insects.
