Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain one (1) Design Professional to provide Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding/Permitting, and Construction Administration phase services in support of the Collaborative Aerospace Research Center (the “Project”). OSU is seeking proposals only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Professional Consultant Reserve Contracting Program and extended, as applicable. The Project will create a lab that supports aerospace research-funded projects from NASA, AFRL, AFOSR, USSF, and DOE. The goals of the Project include 1) transforming into a collaborative aerospace research center, 2) enhancing accessibility, and 3) revitalizing a campus building. The schematic design for this Project is finalized and relevant documentation is attached as Exhibit 2.
