Description: Replacement of inline pumps at McKay High School, part of the HVAC system. The project involves investigating and replacing failing inline pumps that circulate water through heating water coils, ensuring they are controlled by the Building Automation System (BAS). The Scope includes replacing pumps, adjusting piping and valving to prevent pump failures, providing seismic bracing, and updating control systems.

Scope of Work: Project includes installation of a new chilled water pump station, piping, air-cooled chiller, cooling coils, control valves, VRF systems, thermowells, pressure sensor connections, and required electrical upgrades. Eight (8) elevators at John Day Dam require routine preventative maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, repair, replacement, testing, and documentation. Offerors must be capable of maintaining 24/7/365 availability to respond to emergency situations and be able to arrive on site no later than three hours in some emergency response situations.

The scope of work includes a new building andassociated site improvements. The new building will total approximately 71,000 SF, with two-story and single-storycomponents. The footprint of the building is expected to be approximately 45,000 SF.
