Work includes performing minor alterations, routine maintenance activities, or repairs for the preservation of various amenities and infrastructure in parks, open spaces, and trails for the City of Eugene Parks and Open Spaces Division. The purpose of this RFP is to establish multiple retainer agreements based on specialty between trade service contractors and the City of Eugene for minor projects or on-call repair and maintenance services on an as-needed basis.

Design & Construction Retainer - Consulting Services

In general, work includes providing General Planning Services for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. When a need arises, the City may review the qualifications of the providers within the pool. If an appropriate provider is available, the City may enter into a contract with that provider.

The City intends to establish a pool of qualified Building Inspectors. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the consultant.
