The work includes but is not limited to: 1. Removal of one air handler unit, 18 furnace units, 18 outdoor condensing units, and associated thermostats. Furnish and install one air handler unit, 18 furnace units, 18 heat pump units, and associated thermostats. Remove and reinstall refrigerant piping. Connect to existing ductwork, vent, combustion air, and gas piping. 2. Disconnecting and reconnecting wiring at 16 furnace units. Demolish existing circuits and re-circuit at two furnace units. Upsize one transformer and associated panelboard. 3. Transfer a small number of existing circuits and two new heat pump circuits. Typically, at each heat pump and air handler, replace wiring, disconnect, and circuit breaker, while reusing conduit. Approximately half of the heat pumps will have their circuiting extended to the 480-volt source and require minor conduit modifications. Approximately half of the outdoor units require a weatherproof receptacle to be installed per code. 4. Installation of swing gates at three locations, installation of metal ladder at two locations, and improvements to landing at top of ladder at one location. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
