Description of Work 10 total owner-furnished/contractor-installed (ofci) wall-mounted dual-head electric vehicle charging stations. • Blink 7 series (48-amp) with shared power configuration. • Software installation and startup to be done by others. Rough in for 16 future charging stations. Concrete cores will be needed • Contractor coordinated / owner provided x-ray services Penetrations in concrete • to be resealed with firestopping by contractor Dual fan coil units and heat pumps for existing mechanical room (per drawings & specs) Removal of existing EV charging station (returned to owner) New panel board (2F1) New 225 KVA transformer. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
