Description of Work The property subject to this scope of work is a residential property located at 3140 SW 209th Avenue, in Beaverton, Oregon. Washington County and is approximately 3.01 acres in size. Scope includes demolition of single family home. This demolition is intended to avoid nuisance activity and prepare for redevelopment. Metro will need to complete an asbestos abatement and, upon completion will provide an inspection report. Contractor shall demolish and remove all above and below ground debris and appurtenances including but not limited to; the main structure and/or any detached structures, all basements, footings, foundations, floors, porches, private sidewalks and debris of any kind. Contractor shall decommission septic tank and fill in. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
