The FM 544 Landscape, Irrigation & Signage project provides planting, irrigation and minor hardscape improvements in the FM 544 medians between Dublin Road and McCreary Road; and select medians located in Brand Road and S. Murphy Road. The Brand Road and S. Murphy Road improvements are included as Add Alternate bid items. The total improvements consists of 1,825 square yards of new or improved median hardscaping paving, 80 trees, 4024 low shrubs and groundcover, 2,500 square yards of lawn, and associated irrigation, topsoil, mulch and other soil amendments. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
