This RFP is a requirements document that the bidder can use to provide a proposal to replace the existing telephony and contact center systems at the City of Plano data centers with a resilient and highly functional cloudbased Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems. The bidder must provide all necessary components to meet the RFP including hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions and installation services. CoP intends to manage the UCAAS and CCASS environments once the installation is complete.
