The City of Del Rio is seeking to obtain sealed proposals from a qualified General Contractor for Services to be completed the Southern Depot Rehabilitation Project, located at 100 West Ogden Street in Del Rio, Texas. The work will include the Installation of twenty (20) windows/ seven (7) door units which shall be in in strict accordance with the installation shop drawings prepared by the Pella window company. All work will be inspected by historic preservation Architect, Able City, LLP., located at 901 Victoria Street, Suite A, Laredo, Texas, 78040. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
