The City of Charlottesville requests a bid for the Generator Replacement - Charlottesville High School. Project Description: A. Upon receiving ‘Notice To Proceed’, the Contractor is required to carry out a survey of the equipment scheduled to be replaced, to verify all quantities, voltages and dimensions to ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with all applicable building codes and manufacturers UL rating requirements. B. Removal and replacement of two gas powered generators (and all associated work) as detailed in the Construction Documents. C. Daily on-site project management/supervision. D. Thorough cleaning of the project site. Bonds required.
