Clark Construction Group, LLC is the Construction Manager for the Raw Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation and Replacement-B4 project and is soliciting proposals from subcontractors. Construction of new B4 pump station consisting of deep excavation, dewatering, support of excavation, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, masonry, new pumps, piping, valves, flow meters, bridge crane, slide gates, odor control systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, architectural, and instrumentation and controls components. In addition, significant site and yard piping improvements, electrical feeder line relocation, traffic lane widening, signalization modifications, new guardhouse, rehabilitation to existing buildings, miscellaneous demolition throughout the site, mass demolition to existing pump station are part of the scope. Bonds required.
