The contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, supervision, equipment, materials, and consumables, at no additional cost to the City, necessary for the provision of Testing and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems to include Pre-Action Sprinkler and Clean Agent systems, complying with all current code requirements including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 72, City of Phoenix Fire Codes, and DOT regulations. The contractor will provide testing and inspection twice a year. The work is located in the Phoenix Convention Center West and North Buildings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
