Provide asneeded maintenance, repair, and installation services for the Citys overhead doors and automated gate systems across multiple municipal facilities. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive corrective maintenance, as-needed preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services for all City overhead doors and automated gate systems under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Services include diagnostic and corrective repairs; component replacements (springs, rollers, cables, tracks, hinges, safety sensors, operators/motors, weatherseals); operator installation and calibration; emergency response; integration with existing accesscontrol equipment; site safety and housekeeping; and full documentation of work performed.

The City of Yuma is seeking a qualified contractor to provide asneeded cleaning and remediation services to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Cityowned properties and public areas. The selected contractor will support the City by responding to various sanitation needs and ensuring affected locations are restored promptly.

Scope of works includes the installation of AC paving at the entrance of the Public Works Yard for a new parking lot. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the placement of asphalt paving in accordance with the applicable standards. Grading for pavement and placement of approximately 755 square yards of 3" AC pavement and 6" ABC (1/2" AC MAG Mix).

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting a quote for is to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and inspection services. The requirement includes monthly preventative maintenance, monthly inspections, routine cleaning, routine service orders, repairs, annual Arizona State certification performed by a statecertified technician, and occasional emergency callouts for three (3) elevators located at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground. This will result in a non-personal services contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services. PoP Base Period: 01 June 2026 through 31 May 2027 plus 4 year option.
