An on-call contract for various road, flood control, and facilities maintenance work to provide fencing services including, but not limited to, installation, repair, replacement, or removal of fences and gates. The Contractor’s attention is directed to section 10-1.02A, “Order of Work,” and Attachment A, “Scope of Work,” in the Special Provisions. Prospective bidders shall be located within a driving distance of 50 miles from 2475 Waterbird Way, Martinez, CA 94553. The County, in its sole discretion, may award one, two, three or four $400,000 contracts to the first, second, third and fourth lowest responsible bidder(s), as applicable. Each bidder may be awarded only one on-call contract. Maximum On-Call Contract amount: $400,000 for a one-year period with the option of two one-year extensions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
