The scope of work is generally described as on-call landscaping maintenance services at locations throughout the County. Tasks required for individual on-call projects vary and may include, but are not limited to: Typical landscaping maintenance services, tree work including pruning and removal; hard surface maintenance including walkways, open areas, pavers and borders; clean-up, debris removal, irrigation system repair, drain field maintenance, and other landscape and grounds related tasks; weed and brush control including mowing, removal; fire fuel abatement and emergency debris removal related to storm damage. Work shall be performed under controlled conditions in accordance with applicable codes and best practices. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining permits as required. Prevailing wages.
