Landscape work includes, clearing and grubbing of landscape pockets at existing curb extensions, planting of 23 new trees along Front Street between Benito Street to East Street, installation of new landscape at existing curb extensions, and irrigation retrofits to the existing planters. Signal and Lighting work includes replacement of 86 LED luminaries at existing street light poles along project limits of Front Street, Installation of pull boxes, installation of one signal video detection system, and modification of two existing signal video detection system.
